- Incorrect quantity received
- Sealed products returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products that have been opened or used
- Change of mind after delivery

- Package not collected from delivery point

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and contact you with next steps. We may approve a refund, replacement, or request a return.
Return Shipping (If Required)
If a return is required, we'll provide instructions and may cover return shipping for eligible claims. Do not return products without authorisation.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of cannabis products and health regulations, certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened Products: Any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken
- Perishable Items: Edibles and other products with limited shelf life once opened
- Clearance Items: Products purchased at a discounted clearance price
- Free Samples: Promotional items included with orders
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we take full responsibility. Please:
Take photos of the packaging and product before handling further.
Report within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.
Retain original packaging until your claim is resolved.
For damaged or defective products, we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.
