Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Product received is different from what you ordered
  • Product arrived damaged or compromised
  • Product quality does not match description
  • Package was lost in transit (with tracking confirmation)
  • Incorrect quantity received
  • Sealed products returned within 14 days of delivery
Not Eligible
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Products returned after 14 days
  • Dissatisfaction with effects (personal tolerance varies)
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Package not collected from delivery point

If a return is required, we'll provide instructions and may cover return shipping for eligible claims. Do not return products without authorisation.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of cannabis products and health regulations, certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened Products: Any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken
  • Perishable Items: Edibles and other products with limited shelf life once opened
  • Clearance Items: Products purchased at a discounted clearance price
  • Free Samples: Promotional items included with orders

Damaged or Defective Products

Exchanges

As an alternative to a refund, you may choose to receive store credit. Store credit is processed instantly and can be used on any future order with no expiration date.
